EVALUASI KESESUAIAN LAHAN UNTUK PAKAN TERNAK Dl KAWASAN PETERNAKAN RIAU AGRO MANDIRI

Abstract

Optimalize the utilization of the land resources needed data about precisely and comprehensiveunderstanding of it's land characteristic for supporting worked agricultural, especially in animal feed.In relation as described above, the land evaluation have been implemented at the Husbandry of RiauAgro Mandiri. The land suitability systems applied in this study were FAO (1976) that modifiedDjaenudin et. a/. (2003). Based on land suitability analysis showed that, then Husbandry of Riau AgroMandiri were classified as marginaly suitable for bulrush, cetaria, leguminocea while limited bynutrients retention. Repair with input making of liming and fertilizer can improve one level.
